Our stunning family-friendly townhome (duplex) offers the ideal blend of upscale amenities, comfort, and convenience, being just a short walk (or trolley ride) to the beach. Located in Beacon Villas, part of the award winning Corolla Light Resort Community, our bright and airy home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space for families or groups to relax and unwind.

Inside, our great room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen with island seating, and dining room with large table are perfect for family meals; while the living room offers a cozy place to relax after a long day of playing in the sun and sand. A second living room, found on the lower level, is equipped with a wet bar for storing extra beverages and groceries, a large Roku TV, a NEW Arcade Game, an foosball table, and XBox gaming system. Each bedroom is spacious and beautifully furnished: all have walk-in closets, 3 have en-suite bathrooms with custom tile work- giving you and your family ultimate privacy and comfort.

The trolley stop is just a few hundred feet from our door, taking you anywhere on property- from oceanside to soundside pools, tennis or pickleball courts, nature trail or fitness center, there is something for everyone! Our dreams came true years later when we bought our first home in 2020. We love sharing it with other families and helping them plan their vacation to Corolla.

50% balance due 60 days prior to stay
Full amount due if stay is less than 60 away.
$750 security deposit due the week of check-in

Refundable Damage Deposit
Collected 7 days prior to check-in.
Returned within 7 days or less via same payment method, after home is checked by cleaning and maintenance team.
Cancellation Policy
Guests will receive a full refund, less a $100 handling fee, if cancellation is occurs before 60 days of first day of rental; 50% refund, minus $100 handling fee, if done so before 30 days of first day of rental; and forfeit all sums paid if less than 30 days, unless we are able to rebook the home, in which case we will refund an amount equal to any subsequent rental, less $100 handling fee.
